Does Mobile Drag'n'Drop perform a file type conversions?
Unlike ActiveSync, our product doesn't do a conversion from desktop file types to windows mobile file type (Word, Excel, etc.). All files are copied "as is". So you might need a special software installed on your mobile device to work with full versions of Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.

What if I drag'n'drop files to the basket when there is no connected device?
You can drag'n'drop files even when your device is not connected. They are placed to the queue and will be transferred when device is connected.

How do I know if there are files (folder) queued for the next connection?
Just open the basket and look if there is an empty progress barr at the bottom. If it is there - that means some files are waiting to be transferred.
